01The agreement
These terms govern every vehicle rental from LuxeHorizon LLC (“LuxeHorizon”, “we”, “us”), whether booked online, by phone or through our concierge. By completing a reservation you confirm that you have read them and agree to be bound by them, together with the rental agreement signed at handover.
Where these terms and a signed handover document differ, the signed document prevails for that rental. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your reservation.
02Eligibility and drivers
To rent and drive a vehicle you must:
- Be at least 25 years old, or the higher minimum age shown on the vehicle’s page, on the day of pickup.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued at least two years before pickup. International guests must present a passport with their license.
- Present a major credit card in your own name for the security deposit, and pass our identity and document verification before the keys are released.
- Not have had a license suspension, DUI conviction or at-fault accident involving a total loss in the past five years.
One additional driver may be added at no cost if they meet the same requirements and are verified before pickup. Only drivers named on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Allowing anyone else to drive is a material breach that voids all coverage and forfeits the security deposit.
