Question 1

How do I book an exotic car with LuxeHorizon?

Accepted Answer

Choose a car from the fleet, select pickup and return dates on its availability calendar, and pay securely online through Stripe. Your dates are held for 30 minutes while you complete payment, and a confirmation with your booking number arrives by email within seconds of a successful charge.

Question 2

How far in advance should I reserve a car?

Accepted Answer

Most guests book seven to fourteen days ahead, and weekends, holidays and event weeks such as Art Basel or race weekends sell out earlier. Same-day rentals are possible when a car is free, but document verification must be completed before we release the keys.

Question 3

Can I book a supercar for just one day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nearly every car in the fleet has a one-day minimum, and some guests book for a single evening. Multi-day rentals unlock automatic weekly pricing from seven days and monthly pricing from twenty-eight days, always calculated at the lowest total for you.

Question 4

How old do I need to be to rent?

Accepted Answer

Drivers must be at least 25 years old for most of the fleet. Selected hypercars require drivers to be 28 or 30, which is listed on each car page. Every driver must have held a valid license for at least two years and pass our identity verification.

Question 5

What documents do I need before pickup?

Accepted Answer

You need a valid driver's license (front and back), proof of full-coverage auto insurance, and a major credit card in the driver's name. Upload the documents once to your account; our team verifies them before your first rental so pickup takes minutes rather than an hour.

Question 6

Can additional drivers share the car with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One additional driver can be added at no charge if they meet the same age, license and insurance requirements and are verified before pickup. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle; letting an unlisted person drive voids coverage and forfeits the security deposit.

Question 7

Do you deliver cars to hotels and airports?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to hotels, residences, private FBOs and event venues within 40 miles of our Miami showroom for a flat $150 delivery fee. Airport handovers at MIA and FLL are timed to your flight, and a concierge walks you through the car when you arrive.

Question 8

Which areas of South Florida does LuxeHorizon serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Miami and the surrounding area. The quoted $150 delivery fee applies within 40 miles of the showroom, and longer transfers, including Orlando or the Keys, are arranged by our concierge with a custom delivery quote before you confirm.

Question 9

What happens at pickup and return of the car?

Accepted Answer

Your concierge photographs the car, records fuel and mileage, and reviews the controls and drive modes with you before a short digital handover is signed. At return we repeat the inspection together, settle any extra miles or fuel, and release your deposit within five business days.

Question 10

How much does it cost to rent an exotic car?

Accepted Answer

Daily rates currently range from $399 to $1,595 depending on the car, with weekly and monthly discounts applied automatically. Each listing shows the exact daily rate, included mileage and deposit, and your checkout quote includes 7% tax and any delivery fee before you pay.

Question 11

Is a security deposit required, and when is it refunded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A refundable security deposit is authorized on your card at pickup and released within five business days after return. The amount varies by car and is shown on every listing; it covers extra miles, fuel, tolls, tickets or damage, and any unused balance returns to the same card.

Question 12

Which payment methods do you accept for reservations?

Accepted Answer

Rental charges are paid online through Stripe using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, with Apple Pay and Google Pay available on supported devices. The card must be in the primary driver's name, and security deposits are authorized, not charged, on a physical credit card at pickup.

Question 13

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup; partial refunds closer to the date. Refunds return to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Weather-related changes and date moves are handled case by case by our concierge team.

Question 14

Are there mileage limits on exotic car rentals?

Accepted Answer

Every car includes a daily mileage allowance, typically 75 to 150 miles, shown on its listing, and additional miles are billed at the car's per-mile rate after return. Allowances pool across multi-day rentals, and extended mileage packages for road trips can be added in advance.

Question 15

What happens if the car is damaged during my rental?

Accepted Answer

Report any incident to your concierge immediately and file a police report where required. Your insurance is billed first; the security deposit covers any deductible, diminished value or loss of use, and you receive an itemized statement with photos within ten business days.
