01Who we are
LuxeHorizon LLC (“LuxeHorizon”, “we”) operates this website and rents vehicles from Miami, FL. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
02Data we collect
We collect only what we need to verify drivers, run rentals and improve the service:
- Account details: name, email, phone, address and date of birth when you create an account or book.
- Verification documents: images of the front and back of your driver’s license and proof of insurance, which you upload to your account. These may contain your license number, photo and policy details.
- Booking data: vehicles, dates, delivery addresses, notes to our concierge, and a record of your handover and return inspections, including photographs of the vehicle.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a payment reference, card brand and last four digits; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Enquiries: messages sent through the contact form, by email or phone.
- Usage data: pages viewed, cars viewed, device type, referrer and campaign parameters, collected by our own first-party analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics.

- To verify that you are eligible to rent, and to prevent fraud and theft.
